  Slow to take your order. Make you feel like your inconvenience them and the coffee is never the same. consistent they are never. The fact that they sell food that is over 12 hours old not very fresh.

  I recently visited this DD drive through with a refill mug. I'd rather drink from the stainless steel than the styrofoam. Also, it's extremily wasteful (& irresponsible) as a society for us to use styrofoam. After ordering, and letting them know Inhave a refill mug, I pulled up and my coffee was already poured in a styrofoam cup. I then had 2 choices- ask the server to transfer to my cup or take it. I took it and explained to them my reasoning for using a refill mug. I then asked what I could do differently so this doesn't happen again? I was told to come in to the store instead of driving through. My question for the management is - why can't I do at this DD what other coffee shops do and pull up, order/let them know I have a mug (as I did), and bring the mug to the window for the refill? Fyi, I do this in Providence without a problem. Although, I'd love to get my coffee before facing all the traffic! Response is welcome.
